Return Eligibility

  • Customers may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • A mandatory unboxing video (recorded from the time of opening the package) is required as proof for any return or damage claim.

  • Products without an unboxing video will not qualify for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items, innerwear, cosmetics, and customized products.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or with discount codes (unless damaged on arrival).

Refund Process

  2. Provide your order details and the unboxing video.

  3. Once approved, you may ship the product back to our return address.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product is damaged or defective, report it within 24–48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.

  • Approved cases will be eligible for replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent.
